Added modify_chroot and modify_kernel functions for quick updating of images.
Updated usage.

Incorporated Josh's wrapper functions.
Added new functions.
Optimized build steps.
Modified sudo timeout temporarily.
Prep for development functions.
It works to create a working dev enironment and kicks out an image as proof of life.
Still need to add chroot and kernel mod dev functions for active development. Also will try to incorporate "chroot scripts" library soon.
