Fix for Image Update not including env changes.
Added python-is-python3 python3.10-venv to aid in python development.

clone_repos now tries 3 times on each repo and exits if it fails. Thanks to spudgunman on discord now script checks for Ubuntu 22.04 and checks if repos already exists on SDk Install.

Thanks to josh_32850_99879 on discord for figuring out how and when to use mkenvimage and .env.txt to make the image able to expand rootfs on first boot.
Put in some checks, chroot script injection, fixed menu and dependencies, moved initial chroot commands to chroot script, fixed cli args, updated usage and added new args including --chroot-script

It works to create a working dev enironment and kicks out an image as proof of life.
Still need to add chroot and kernel mod dev functions for active development. Also will try to incorporate "chroot scripts" library soon.
