Subject: [PATCH] fmt: include <cstdlib> for malloc/free declarations

Recent FreeBSD -CURRENT builds fail because malloc/free are used
without including the proper declarations.

Add <cstdlib> alongside the other standard library headers inside
the existing non-module include block.

This matches upstream fmt behavior and fixes builds with newer
Clang/libc++ toolchains.
