14b7c8e607 Use stat fingerprint as cache validity sentinel 
- Reserve a zero stat CRC to represent an invalid cache fingerprint.

- Include device, size, inode, mtime, and ctime data in the fingerprint.

- Recompute the fingerprint during auto-cache open before keeping cache.
