Change the MinGW compiler for Windows binaries

./configure --host=i686-w64-mingw32.static --build=`./config.guess` $@
Change the MinGW target for x86. This one support better the printf attribute format.

Initial RAID6 support. Not yet complete. Uses Murmur3 as default hash. Check now returns and error even if only recoverable errors are present.
