* Increases the speed of the 'sync' and 'scrub' commands with a new
read-ahead implementation using threads. We have one thread for each
disk, dedicated exclusively to read data or parity in advance,
and to write parity later.
This ensures to keep the disks always busy, maximizing the data
throughput.
