60269a1236 Use SPDX (https://spdx.dev/) tags to identify the license used for each 
file, and a COPYING file explaining the licensing scheme, with the actual
licenses listed in the LICENSES/ directory.

80476c480b Delayed CRC computation of the buffer used in writing 
This should help to detect more memory errors when writing
the content files.

7e1d9138b5 Add the deplete operation at the data stream 
It's used to read the content file up to the end to verify its CRC.
