a9255683f4 Fixes a bug in check when detecting garbage data over the expected end of a file. 
More extensive tests to detect the append/truncate conditions.

08831c6641 Initial RAID6 support. Not yet complete. 
Uses Murmur3 as default hash.
Check now returns and error even if only recoverable errors are present.
