70244133f4 Changes the meaning of the -G, --gui option to now remove only 
the interactive output. All the other log options are not enabled
by default.

fb5cc1c3b4 Doesn't remove anymore deleted blocks before sync. 
They are going to be automatically excluded when we write the content file.

e0afd0edf7 Assumes also CHG blocks with a NULL hash without needing an info block. 
Some refactoring and renaming of other hash functions to avoid misunderstanding.
