Fix the return value of tommy_tree_insert()
...
It must be the object in the tree and not the passed one.
No bad conseguence because the value was used only for assertions,
and not for controlling the behaviour.

Change the internal mapping to a tree of chunk
...
This is intended to save memory as now we can use a fixed
block of 17 bytes to store the block information, compared
to the previous 28/36 bytes.
