104c47d106 Add a proper signal handling 
The most common signals are now intercepted with SA_RESTART
to allow a clean interruption.

3e83b15bbb Extend --force-device to ignore more erroneous conditions 
We want to allow fix also if some disk is unaccessible,

de2c68ddb5 Adds FILE_SHARE_DELETE in all open file operations in Windows. 
Without this flag the open call may fail if the file
is already opened with delete access.

98e1f66baa Uses a precise counting in scrub.
