70244133f4 Changes the meaning of the -G, --gui option to now remove only 
the interactive output. All the other log options are not enabled
by default.

8eafeafcb6 Removes the --find-by-name, -N option. Now it automatically searches 
by name if a file is not found searching by inode, automatically
reassigning inodes in restored files

e4fe228cc1 Uses the deleted block offset when reading the text content to enlarge the parity size. 
This ensures a better consistency check on the size of parity.

e0afd0edf7 Assumes also CHG blocks with a NULL hash without needing an info block. 
Some refactoring and renaming of other hash functions to avoid misunderstanding.
