A new page explains what WROLPi remembers for videos, audio, EPUB eBooks and
comic books, how resume works (and when it does not), `?t=`, progress bars,
the Dashboard's Continue view, and the recently_viewed.yaml config. The
configs page lists the new config, and PDFs and eBooks link to the page.

the three URL forms (path, port on this device, full URL), and the layout of

Controller > WiFi Hotspot: new Captive Portal section. What devices see when
they join, the Continue step and tapping Done, the address line on the

restart-to-apply rule, and that Docker has no hotspot.
