A new page explains what WROLPi remembers for videos, audio, EPUB eBooks and
comic books, how resume works (and when it does not), `?t=`, progress bars,
the Dashboard's Continue view, and the recently_viewed.yaml config. The
configs page lists the new config, and PDFs and eBooks link to the page.

Adding a repo, Full history and Snapshot modes, branches, updates and

A page for the new Bookmarks menu: where it appears, directories, the editor,
the three URL forms (path, port on this device, full URL), and the layout of
bookmarks.yaml for hand editing. Added to the Modules TOC and the configs
table.

WROLPi no longer runs PostgreSQL; the API database is SQLite in the media
directory and maps use PMTiles. Update help pages, service tables, and
example diagnostics accordingly.
Also: adding WROLPi Portable (Live USB) to Getting Started, syncing the
Home TOC with all existing pages, pointing eBooks/PDFs at the Docs
module, recommending Raspberry Pi Imager instead of Etcher, and fixing
typos.
