Updating download process to prevent rate limiting. 
* Added encrypted cookies feature for use with yt-dlp. Decrypted cookies never touch the disk.
* Adding sleep between all downloads to prevent rapid requests.
* Channels are fully refreshed before downloading.
* Removing superseded video browser profile.
