ai: package llama-server for all three deployments, with idle unload
install_llama_cpp.sh builds llama-server from the SHA-pinned v0.3.0
source tarball (single source of truth: on-device upgrade, Pi image,
Live ISO, and the new docker/llm container all call it; version-marker
makes re-runs no-ops). start_llama_server.sh refuses to start unless
ai.yaml enables AI and the active model file exists — which also covers
unmounted media. wrolpi-llm.service is installed but deliberately
never enabled at boot: the Controller starts it on demand (registered
in managed_services; the llm compose service follows the samba
pattern), and the API's perpetual idle-unload worker asks the
Controller to stop it after the configured idle minutes. llama-server
is localhost-only natively, internal-network-only in docker, and never
proxied by Caddy.

This is the FINAL WROLPi version for Debian 12 (bookworm).
No further updates will be installed on Debian 12. To keep receiving
updates, reinstall WROLPi on Debian 13 (trixie):
* Download the latest image from https://wrolpi.org
* Write it to your SD card / USB and boot it.
* Reconnect your media drive; your files and configuration are preserved
on the drive and will be re-indexed automatically.

# --- Rebuild virtual environments after a Python major-version change -------
# A Debian major upgrade (e.g. 12 -> 13) replaces /usr/bin/python3 (3.11 -> 3.13).
# The existing venvs still resolve their `python3` to the system interpreter,
# but their packages live in lib/python3.11/site-packages, which the new
# interpreter never searches -- so every import fails and `pip install --upgrade`
# cannot repair them. Detect this by comparing each venv's recorded Python

# reinstall) via reset_virtual_environments.sh when they differ.
