Roland 80cc758e6c zim: drop --address 0.0.0.0 in the Docker entrypoint so kiwix-serve works on trixie ... The zim Docker image is FROM debian:13, whose kiwix-tools 3.7.0 rejects the literal "--address 0.0.0.0" ("IP address is not available on this system"), so the container failed to start after loading the library. Omit --address; kiwix-serve then defaults to binding all interfaces. This mirrors 9e92732a, which applied the same fix to the systemd start_kiwix_serve.sh path.
