lrnselfreliance ecd8ce64be dependabot: hold alembic below 1.11 while SQLAlchemy stays on 1.3 (#747) ... alembic 1.20 requires SQLAlchemy>=2.0, so every grouped python update that included it failed to install (ResolutionImpossible).
