Rebasing onto master brought @testing-library/dom 8.20.0 -> 10.4.1, while user-event stayed at 13.5.0. v13 targets dom v8 and reaches into internals v10 moved, so its keyboard simulation silently stopped dispatching: two SearchBox tests failed with `Number of calls: 0` -- the arrow keys and Enter did nothing. Test-harness only. @testing-library/dom never reaches a build, and no product code changed in the rebase; the combination was simply never installed together until master's bump met this branch. v14's direct API is call-compatible with what the ten suites already do, so no test needed rewriting -- the calls were already awaited.
