397ac3ea8c Removes reference of Vandermonde matrix. 
The McWilliams-Sloane, "The Theory of Error Correcting Codes" explicitely states that a Vandermonde matrix can have singular submatrix in a finite field.

8eafeafcb6 Removes the --find-by-name, -N option. Now it automatically searches

e4fe228cc1 Uses the deleted block offset when reading the text content to enlarge the parity size. 
This ensures a better consistency check on the size of parity.

fb5cc1c3b4 Doesn't remove anymore deleted blocks before sync. 
They are going to be automatically excluded when we write the content file.
