14c8307ed4 Extend the "smart" and "down" command to Windows 
Now we are able to detect what low level device is associated
to the high level volume.

894cd5ee70 In Windows spinup use CreteFile instead than FindFirst 
It's just not possible to open the root dir with
FindFirstFile("C:\") or FindFirstFile("C:").

b55d2eb3b8 Remove the check for FLAG_COMMAND 
In some USB enclosures some SMART commands may fail
but smartctl is still able to report data.

798de7ca99 Change the flush logic for streams 
Now stdout and stderr are always line buffered, and stdlog only
flushed on request.

ad57aafd8f Refactor the parity size detection before sync. 
Now we resize the parity only after checking the size of all
the parity file.
