31a8dc9a13 Comply wih the autoconf manual about SYSCONFDIR 
The manual says to allow to configure the dirs when calling
make, meaning that we cannot expand them in configure.ac.
Note that we use additional quoting to allow dirs with spaces
in the gcc command line.
This is done for the Window port of SnapRAID.

ee1aa840f1 Respect sysconfdir for configuration file location 
The sysconfdir is used if it exists, otherwise it fallbacks
to the previous default /etc.

9b2c5514c0 Fix the return value of tommy_tree_insert() 
It must be the object in the tree and not the passed one.
No bad conseguence because the value was used only for assertions,
and not for controlling the behaviour.

20e9f7de41 Ignore fadvise if it return ENOSYS 
This happens in ARM platform because fadvise is
differently implemented by the kernel and glibc
may not support it yet.

245879f726 When scanning for other devices, skip the ones not readable 
This allow to work in some distributions with extraneous
devices that cannot be resolved.
One case is for Puppy with 8:0 not present in /dev/block.

9d5bd3846a Fix reading of disk capacity from smartctl 
In Windows the separator can be a space.
Like: "User Capacity:    2 000 398 934 016 bytes"

7d65eb83b1 Improve the discard-window write strategy
