ac3714aa8a Fix some potential alignment issues 
In ARM platforms we need data aligned for direct
access. Use special tricks to access unaligned one.

0ba7e649d1 Better optimized CRC call when writing the content file

de86307a27 Uses a smarter copy detection to avoid false positive. 
Now a if the file has a zero nanosecond timestamp, it must
match the full pathname.
Also add the new -N option and an new undocumented test-nano
command to set randomly the nanosecond timestamp of files
that have it at zero.
