f6611557d0 Remove some override in reading the binary state. 
They have no chance to work as a wrong blockmax would
unsych the stream.

It's just not possible to open the root dir with
FindFirstFile("C:\") or FindFirstFile("C:").

b55d2eb3b8 Remove the check for FLAG_COMMAND 
In some USB enclosures some SMART commands may fail
but smartctl is still able to report data.

Now stdout and stderr are always line buffered, and stdlog only

ad57aafd8f Refactor the parity size detection before sync. 
Now we resize the parity only after checking the size of all
the parity file.
