5cc16bd4ad Renames -s and -t to -S and -B. 
We need some free space in option names and these
ones are anyway intended to be manual ones.

c6c9e9130e Adds new badonly and synced only options. 
They are enabled with -e, --filter-error to limit
the operations to only bad blocks and avoiding to
restore not synced files.

c8edf2f002 In scrub don't check the inode to verify if the file is synced. 
On filesystem without persistent inode, they can be different from
one run to another.
In sync they are automatically adjusted, but not in scrub.

baef69c949 Takes extra precautions of flushing disk cache with autosave. 
We must flush every time we save the content file, not only
the last time.

7e9a5e6a6d Stores the free space in the content file. 
This avoids the need to access data and parity disks in
the status command.
Also removed some data disk access, in list, dup and similar
commands that don't need to scan the disks.

e17f12f26b Changes the import command to use a new timestamp recognition. 
This avoid the need of prehashing all the data, that could
be very slow.
