help.sh: port 80 is the Controller's, not Caddy's; fix IPv4 port regex.

The Caddyfile only binds 443/8084/8085/8086 and reverse-proxies to the
Controller on port 80, which the Controller health check already covers.
The IPv4 alternative in the port grep was missing its colon, so only the
IPv6 ":::" listeners ever matched.
