The Caddyfile only binds 443/8084/8085/8086 and reverse-proxies to the Controller on port 80, which the Controller health check already covers. The IPv4 alternative in the port grep was missing its colon, so only the IPv6 ":::" listeners ever matched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
