--chroot-script arg didn't work.
It's fixed now.
Also included but left commented out piwheel in my search to defeat the wheel of pain.

caca167b37 File had errors. Reverted but with 1 added error check.

Reverted but used Josh's error handler to check if meshtastic is running and responsive.

Fix for Image Update not including env changes.
Added python-is-python3 python3.10-venv to aid in python development.
Added software-properties-common so we can take advantage of the new Meshtastic PPA.
