ce2d03bd80 Extends the RAID engine to remove the waste buffer need. 
It's possible to reuse another parity buffer, instead of requiring
a specific one.

71ff0620ce Sort the dir alphabetically if explicitely requested. 
This ensures that the test is independent of the directory order
of the files.

98e1f66baa Uses a precise counting in scrub. 
Now the exact number of blocks is scrubbed regardless
the time organization of the blocks.

6ec7d2aae5 Adds some consistency check when saving the new state. 
We checks about consistency of the deleted and allocated
blocks to ensure that they don't overlap.

03fc05e93c Removes the new .backup feature. 
I'm not yet convinced that it's a good idea, because it may
end in unexpected errors if the old content file is used
as it's it.

69acc1e251 Disables reallocation if a rehash is in progress. 
Be more conservative about rehash. No functional change is expected
because we were already checking rehash for blocks with updated
hash. But this way the code is simpler and easy to understand.
